Yatz will take you through the world of process engineering. Whilst there is not strict degree for this role, it tends to be a role for many chemical engineers. Though if you're in any engineering discipline you should be able to pick this up quickly. This is a great role for those that enjoy design, project management and a variety of work.

Yatz is a Process Engineer at UGL, a diversified engineering company parented by CIMIC Group which offers essential services spanning from construction to asset management and operations. Yatz is currently a Process Commissioning and Operations Lead at a Recycled Water Plant in Mirani QLD, which aims to recycle sewage water for usage in cane-field farming and irrigation. Prior to this, Yatz worked as an Operations Engineer for an Advanced Water Treatment Facility in St Marys NSW and gained extensive experience as a Commissioning Engineer in the Lower South Creek Treatment Program, which is Western Sydney’s largest upcoming chain of Sewage Treatment Plants. Yatz found his passion in the Water industry, after graduating as a Chemical Engineer at UNSW, and aims to advance Australia’s Water treatment technologies even further by seeking out automated solutions with minimal onsite involvement. Through his experience over the last three years, Yatz has honed his skills in design, operations, project management and site engineering.

real-work tasks to show your future employer.
